I was given the pleasure of concepting for the Customer view of the Insite facility maintenance web application. The designs were created in the scenario that a Customer can easily sign into Insite and have an overview of compliancy in all of his/her buildings, and see profiles belonging to the personnel working in these buildings. How are each route doing? Is work being completed? The Customer would be given an iPad and a kiosk stand, where they can keep the software on top of their desk or take it with them. The goal was to create this software, where it can provide an overview of all their real estate at once.
