About

Every character has a different point of view and just needs a tiny bit of help to align their perspective.

Lisa Lam

My name is Lisa and I am probably one of the more awkward individuals you will encounter. If we ever meet, you should know that I am nervous for the first 30 minutes, but will gradually warm up as I listen to your story and understand who you are as a professional, and most importantly, as an individual.

You see—I am a storyteller, but the stories I tell are not my own. I listen to others and do my best to put myself in their shoes. Without judgement and without ego, I work to find opportunities to where I can improve upon the storyline of other’s. Like any compelling tale, there are usually pain points in which your characters encounter.

I believe that there is so much noise in the modern world, that people feel like their voices get drowned out. As a UX designer, I feel it is a privilege when someone tells me about their story, their process, their struggles, and shares with me a bit of their “happy-place.” It is not only an exchange of information, more importantly, it is a building of trust. And with that trust, I will do my very best to find solutions to remedy the user’s struggles.

Last, but not least, I love dogs. I have four.
