Eat Ferry is a web application I led the design initiative for, to solve the problem of Franchise and Franchisees not aligning. In America, more and more entrepreneurs are going the route of owning a franchise. Thus the increase in small franchise business owners are increasing. And smaller franchises are also growing in numbers. Eat Ferry aims to help these small franchise communicate and build a community with their franchisees. Getting aligned on the same page, same promotions, marketing assets, chat, etc. The team and I interviewed franchise owners, as well as franchisees, to get a handle on what their pain points are, and how we can go about solving them, and aligning them using one very easy to use enterprise software.
